Chris helps people overcome all types of substance addiction such as nicotine, alcohol, drugs and sugar, as well as to addictive activities such as gambling, over-spending and over-eating.
If you would like to stop drinking altogether and have a fulfilling life completely alcohol free, then Chris is your man. His system will help you re-educate your mind to no longer have a want or need for alcohol; meaning you can continue living the life you really want, keeping your friendship circles, going into pubs and clubs, watching others drink alcohol and not feel any sense of loss or deprivation. His programme is very simple, quick and effective and does not use willpower. Chris says, "You cannot miss what you no longer want or need."
Resilience Recovery is the co-creation of three highly-skilled practitioners including an experienced consultant drug and alcohol professional, a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and a yoga therapist.

Resilience Recovery realises that the holiday season can be a challenging time of the year, especially if this is your first holiday season in recovery. Everyone seems to be out celebrating and it can be a time of loneliness and isolation.
So, with that in mind, Resilience Recovery is offering four special festive season group work sessions, where they'll be exploring how to deal with your cravings, your triggers, and talking about the loss and grieving of your substance of choice. It will be a space where you can talk and listen to others, but also to make resolutions on how you are going to engage in your recovery in 2020.
The groups are educative and experiential, and run for three hours each with a 15 minute break. There is also an element of mindfulness, meditation and gentle yoga to compliment the substance use intervention element of the programme and the groups will give you a range of tools and understanding to help you in your recovery.
This time of the year is challenging for most people, let alone those in recovery, so here you can book in for one or two sessions, or all four. These sessions also make really useful gifts for a friend or loved one.
